Oh I think so for sure. How insulting to players like those already on the jury if that ends up the case. I could see them saying, well, you wanted them there, so let's reward them for using a strategy (or using no strategy at all) for at least finding a way to the finals.
I've seen it happen before.

Yea people aren't going to do that. You saw in the last two votes that this tribe as a whole is focused on getting rid of threats- i mean, how many unanimous votes do you see in postmerge survivor? And how often do you see it twice in a row?

There was one season, Stranded in India, season 7 where the jury banded together out of outrage and "Voted for the Worst" thus punsihing the final 3 for taking two inactives to the finals and awarding them the win. Is that a scenario that players have though of here? Penner?
