Day 26 - Tribal Council #12

Because, from what I understand, Nate thinks he can't beat Jessica and Candice in the Final 3, so they must be taken out for him to win this, but I do think the big risk is that he gets India'd if he's sitting next to people that the jury sees as "goats" like Penner and Rebecca.

I think everyone thinks Jessica and Candice are two of them.
But like I said last week, everyone has a shot of winning this and no one knows how the jury will think. The jury hates Jessica and isn't Candice's biggest fan, so maybe they're the best people to bring because the jury would rather vote for anyone but them. As we saw from the challenge tonight, Penner got the most votes for person that people trust with their life. Does that translate to the fact that he'll get lots of votes? Rocky and Nate have both won multiple immunity challenges, does that make them a threat? Nate is also a hardcore strategizer so does that make him a threat? Rebecca has plenty of friends on the jury so does that make her a threat? And I've helped Jess, Candice, Nate and Penner with big moves like getting rid of CiCi and Cass. So does that make me one of them? It's an impossible question to answer Jeff, but if you want four names: Jessica, Candice, Rebecca and Nate are the ones I think are most likely to win this game at this point.

Haha, thanks girl. You're up there too!

I always thought immunity comps were a way to get further when your strategy and social game failed.

That's a fair point, There's also the thought that winning competitions makes you a bigger target and thus making getting to the end harder and more deserving of winning. But there is no one right answer as to what makes someone a threat.

Penner, are you planning on going to the end with two people you believe you can beat the easiest?

Rebecca and you. Penner, I believe you've been playing a good game, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten so far, but I'm sure a lot of the jury would see your lack of activity in the beginning as goat-like.

We've talked about how you feel you aren't a goat, and I totally agree that after the last councils, you have proven to me you aren't one. And maybe you aren't in Nate's eyes either. Maybe Rocky is. I consider your game social and more UTR than challenge-orientated, but that's because I've been playing with you. All i know is that at least one goat remains...and the longer she does the worse everyone has to make it to the end.

My lack of activity in the beginning? I was voted most important member of the Svinoy tribe, don't forget. I missed a few tribal councils while I had food poisoning at the beginning of the merge, but I'm still sat here at fucking 3.30a.m. with three hours until I need to get up for work.

I'm sick of you treating me like some second-rate castaway and the idea that I've "proven" to you that I'm not a goat is the most patronising thing I've ever heard. You're about to get a swift lesson in what a SOCIAL GAME is.

So say Nate takes out candice and jessica like you have said. Is he the next to go as the next biggest threat?

Maybe a lot of people here think that I'll beat them in the finals, but I can nearly guarantee that the scenario probably won't happen. And as it stands right now, without me Nate probably has the best chance of winning the immunities remaining. If you get rid of me tonight you might be getting rid of your chance to make it to the end. I'm not asking for any of you to trust me, but I will be damned if I let this game end with Nate and two goats.

No offense, Rebecca, but I believe we need to eliminate you, and focus on getting rid of Nate and then maybe me. Y'all have the numbers to do that. Hell, become an alliance of 4 and just sweep us away until the end. All I'm asking is that you don't let Nate dominate the rest of this game by sending me out tonight. He already has two idol clues.

So you admit in lying to my face in PM?
Two idol clues? That's your argument?

No offense, but just don't wana see you compwhore to the end.

Since I have work tomorrow, and I don't want to waste anyone's time any longer, can we simply say I have been evicted?

Clearly I have played a weaker social game than expected. Penner is voting for me. Rocky is voting for me. Rebecca is voting for me. Nate is voting for me. That's four.

Whether you hate me out not, I had a great time playing and see you guys on the flip side. Or not since you all never want to talk to me again <3

Candice, quiet as usual during Councils.

Where do you weigh in on everything or are you just hoping everyone forgets you exist?

If that's four, who do you think will be the biggest threat to win in THAT final 4? Should they be worried now?

No, I think after that, it's me and then probably Rebecca. Nate has said, flat out, that Rebecca is an easy boot at 4th because she never shows up for challenges or immunities. That solves the problem of her potentially getting 4 jury votes and forces those people to vote for him, Rocky or Penner. What he doesn't realize is he's putting Jessica and Candice on the jury and they're likely not going to vote for him and, I hate to speak for the other jurors, but I don't think they will either. He thinks they'll respect him for getting rid of Jessica while carrying "goats" to the end, but I doubt they will. At this point, Jessica's not a threat to win anymore. The jury hates her. They are literally rolling their eyes at everything she has said tonight. So I'm actually surprised everyone doesn't want to take her to the end.

I don't hate you Jessica. I don't feel strongly enough about you for that. Just remember that just because I'm not screaming "strategy strategy strategy" from the rooftops and I actually give a crap about other people on a personal level, doesn't mean I'm a useless goat with no power.

Nate will win. He has the comp skills and the social skills.

If not him, then Penner.

Rebecca can only win if it's India.

And probably not. Nate will find a way out of this, I'm sure. Penner too. Their games are incredible.

Yes that is what I would like icon_laughing

I don't have much to say. I've known all day that Jessica was leaving most likely if she did not win immunity. I can argue why that is good and why that is bad.

But I won't. As you say, there is going to be someone who thinks they are golden who gets that dreaded F4 spot. I guess we just have to see how it all plays out.
