Yea people aren't going to do that. You saw in the last two votes that this tribe as a whole is focused on getting rid of threats- i mean, how many unanimous votes do you see in postmerge survivor? And how often do you see it twice in a row?

who's the biggest threat still in the game?

Jessica has won quite a few immunities.

Uh, it is now! My strategy isn't exactly voting out threats though, my concern is voting out people I think will vote me out. With CiCi and Cass for example, I heard from multiple sources that they were planning on taking me out in a round or two.

Thanks Jeffy. icon_blush But it was nothing. I wouldn't want to win on a mistake.

I'm in agreement that getting rid of someone who's not a "good player" makes the game more interesting, fun and challenging, but that doesn't necessarily mean that person is a non-player. I've conversed with Penner and Rebecca these past few weeks, even when they weren't showing up for challenges and tribals as regularly. It does suck that they live in a time zone that makes the game lot harder than it is for the rest of us, but I think we also can't be blamed for wanting to play an immunity challenge with one less opponent.

Maybe you can't be blamed for doing that, sure, it's probably also the smartest thing to do. However, it's also the easiest thing to do and therefor the least admirable thing to do. Which is what we're weighing here at this council.

Just to chime in, I'd like to think there's a significant difference between me and Rebecca in terms of both activity levels and gameplay.

There's always a chance of that happening. Not wanting to spoil The Genius, because I believe that everybody should watch it but:
Spoiler: show
Dongmin and Hyunmin in the Genius Season 3, teamed up at the Final 7 when they realized that everybody was gunning for them and used that strategy to get to the Final 2 of that season, so it's definitely something that could happen

Jessica, you seem to have pissed off quite a few jury members, are you concerned about your chances in this game?

Candice, could there be a possibility where the jury loses respect for players that take goats to the finals with them?

Oh I think so for sure. How insulting to players like those already on the jury if that ends up the case. I could see them saying, well, you wanted them there, so let's reward them for using a strategy (or using no strategy at all) for at least finding a way to the finals.

I've seen it happen before.

Here's another interesting fact, every pre-merge boot sans Rita, who quit the game, was a male character.

Rocky, Nate and Penner were the only males in the merge. Nate, does gender of characters factor into the game at all or is it merely a random assignment that should be overlooked?

That's true, there are "dirtier" ways to play, for sure. But I think everyone in this game is a threat for one reason or another, whether they're playing the challenges or not. The point I'm trying to make is I don't think anyone can be written off, which might be why people are choosing to focus on the more vocal, active threats than those players who are less active.

well this is both Stranded and the internet, so it's probably a random assignment and we have no idea of knowing anyone's actual gender

If it's a bitter jury, then I'll accept my fate for whatever happens. I wouldn't be surprised if Stephannie hated my guys after I basically mobbed everyone against her. I could understand why Cici and Cass would be mad at me for basically betraying me...but it has to be understood that these targets rose from rumors of me being the next target.

I would hope the jurors could look past the hatred they have of me to see good game moves. If they can't, I'll accept it. One more reason to keep me I guess.
