You absolutely were on a tribe with stacy before the merge, so if you didn't talk to her then that's on you. And Jessica was ditching an alliance that was THIS close to voting her out. I'm not sure if either of those were you're masterfull doing Mr. Penner icon_wub

(1) What reason do I have to give you MY vote? Not just getting a vote out of "respect for the game" or that BS... but why do you deserve my vote?

First of all, hi Steph. I appreciate everything you said. As I said in my opening statement, the one thing I do regret is that I couldn't have talked to everyone as much as I would have liked. You were one those people. By the team we were on a tribe together, I had been told that it was you or me at the next tribal council. Obviously, that's no excuse to not try but I agreed, at the time, that you were the best possible alternative to me. People wanted to get rid of a vocal threat so I helped make that happen.

As for why I deserve your vote specifically i that I was able to defy the odds that you created for me in this game. It was you, during the tribal council you were voted out, who told everyone that I was dead weight and if anything was going to make the goat label stick it was that. That week and in the weeks that followed I had to convince people I was here to play but, as I said, not overdo it or I would make a threat out of myself. So I think, having defied the stigma that you created for me is why I deserve your vote.

(2) Do you think it was fair to be ranked #9 on Mykines 1.0? Also I've gotten the impression that you put in little-to-no effort in the pre-merge and early merge. Can you prove that statement wrong?

I actually don't know why I was ranked 9th. It's fair that you thought I put in less effort than the rest of the tribe but I was playing. I was strategizing with Jess, Cass and others and I did help out in the challenges I was able to play, including the puzzle challenge (which I won for my tribe), the seven deadly sins challenge and the anagrams challenge, where I was the tribe leader. I was playing the game, but as I said, not to the extent I would have liked.

(3) Give me your 3 favorite Stacy moment from Survivor Fiji.
I actually haven't watched a lot of the survivor seasons, Fiji being one of them but I appreciated Stacy's efforts to position herself in her alliance in a way that she wouldn't be the first name they'd write down. I think it's a shame that she got voted out because of an Idol, but that's a very real threat in this game that I definitely considered everytime I voted. That's a bit of a copout answer, but I actually don't watch a lot of survivor. I'm sorry! And sorry this took so long, I'm on my phone unfortunately. icon_sad

All of the final three will have a chance to answer any questions they did not get to during council after council has ended. Votes will not be due until tomorrow afternoon.

I find it fitting that the largest example of the species of goat found on the planet earth are native to the Faroe Islands, because of the fourth largest goat of the Faroe Islands, it’s nice to see a group of my own species make it to the end of the game.

Only kidding guys, I’m not actually bitter (or that cliche) and I feel like that I respect all of your games because you did what you must to get to where you have gotten. The winner is sort-of decided at this point, but if somebody has a massive fuck up or does surprisingly well in the Final Tribal Council the vote can probably swing to them. And speaking of fucking up.

Image

I set a pre-vote randomly, just in case I wouldn’t be able to wake up in time or fall asleep to early depending on your perspective so I don’t prevent or aid a massive trainwreck or an inspiring comeback. I’ll address each of you individually and ask you three questions each – one actually relevant question, one question for the sole purpose of stroking my massive ego, and one question pulled directly out of my anus. I’d like for all of you to answer your questions, or butt in on each other questions, or not because I’m not your boss. If you don’t answer all my questions directed to you and I stay awake, I’m not voting for you though. It’s not going to be particularly hard though.

Rocky
Hey Rocky, I’m torn because I feel like from a strategic perspective you would be the hardest person for me to vote for, but from a personality and “how well I got on with you” perspective it would probably be the easiest to vote for you. There’s also the #yoloswag random.org option, which did say you, so sorry for the other two if I don’t stay up late enough and that somehow costs you the win. But I feel like the strategic perspective in an ORG probably is the biggest factor in this case. So, on that topic I would like to ask you:

1. What would you say was the move that led you to get to this point in the game that can be credited to you?

2. My facebook fan page currently has 183 members. Upon the reveal of my identity, how much effort will you put in to be the 184th member?

3. Rank the following Kanye West songs by emotional resonance and how much they relate to your life with explanations. There is a correct answer. “Through the Wire”, “Hey Mama”, “Black Skinhead”, “Champion”, “Slow Jamz”, “Stronger”, “We Don’t Care”, “Mercy”, “Runaway”, “N****s in Paris” and “Stronger”.

Stacy

Hey Stacy, If you are reading this just keep in mind that I am considering voting for you and any argument between us is water under the bridge. The problem I have is I have absolutely no idea how active you were or were planning on being in the game. I don’t know if you were willing to lose with me to Jessica or at the Final whatever to step up as a major threat and start blindsiding people here and there and me voting off Jessica stomped on that plan. Now, that leads to my question which is:

1. Who was the main cause behind my eviction? Rebecca says you and Candice says Penner. Break the tie.

2. As the only “female” (well it is Stranded, the only actual girls are Anthony and CiCi) in the final three, who’s hotter, me, Ryan Gosling or Aladdin?

3. The Spanish Civil War of 1935-1939 was caused by two factors – long term social divide and short term economic problems. In 300 words or less, to what extent do you believe in this statement?

Penner

Yo JPenn, you probably think you got this game wrapped up. Not so fast though, there’s a sizable portion on the jury who doesn’t like you very much so you better be prepared to kiss so much ass tonight. So my questions are:

1. Why didn’t I fucking play the idol?

2. Now that I’m in London, I realized how much beer is in this country and I figure that not accepting your offer of a pint is kind of ridiculous. How can Irish people afford to be drunk all the time if beer is that expensive? Also why am I so awesome?

3. In Pokemon Generation 5 Little Cup, my favorite Pokemon to run was Mienfoo. Assuming a Jolly Nature with the moves U-turn/Drain Punch/Earthquake/Knock Off what would be the best EV spread to utilize on this Pokemon?

1. Because hashtag most trustworthy Penner would never betray you, right? I will also buy you two pints if you tell me what the goddamn password was.

2. Beer is incredibly expensive, it's an absolute nightmare here and in England compared to the rest of Europe. The trick is to rent a slightly larger apartment than you need in the city centre (lol trying that in London though) and then force all your mates to come for pre-drinks in your house before tumbling out of the house directly to a nightclub at 1am.

I gotta commend you on making it so far when starting with such a disadvantage. Nobody was really targeting you for such a long time and I couldn't figure out why. You were good craic to chat to, pretty strong on challenges and I felt you could write some really good jury speeches. That being said, I'm disappointed you'd believe that Stacy was able to lead any kind of a blindside when she was down in numbers and I really don't understand how Rebecca got the impression that it was Stacy's idea. I'll trust you'll rely on your own judge of who's more likely to have a better grasp of what was going on.

3. I'm a randoms kinda guy on Showdown so I've never used Mienfoo. I'm guessing with a Jolly nature you'll want max speed and then a mix of defence / special defence because he has decent attack to begin with. Extra defence will keep alive much longer along with drain punch and I'm assuming Regenerator for when you u-turn.

Imma stop you right there, but my strategic game was the best of all time!!!!

Kidding, how about most underestimated hombre? If I can convince random.org to back my case, I think I got some solid reasoning. That reasoning being the fact that I recognized my spot in this game and utilized it. At merge, if I had been a strategic influence, I could've easily ended up as Flicka and Stephannie. I think in another world, where the svinoy 2.0 ladies plus me succeed, I would have a hard argument, but my ability to lay low, not chaulk up a reputation, and slide close to a lot of people is underappreciated and unaccomplished by ANYONE in these here game! Not to mention, I received zero votes through the merge until final 4. I was doing something right by avoiding the spotlight as a primary target, and even as an idol-ed target. I think this is accomplished because I have that shitty reputation, of being a terrible strategist, but believe me when I say that I was striving for that underestimated reputation. I feel like the best way to win is by staying out of that spotlight AND by also not guiding that fucking spotlight. I weaseled my way around, trying to latch onto any strategic reasoning for keeping me around and pleading my vote. I ask this: Am I the ultimate goat for doing this? I dont, because I had to plan this shit. No one came to me and said "HEY ROCKY, be my vote buddy", I had to hustle for it.

1. What would you say was the move that led you to get to this point in the game that can be credited to you?

I believe what put me over the edge in this game and organized my stationary status up in this bitch is a few things. For one, the GOAT alliance was an alliance that, while not ultimately loyal overall, I was integrated well within it. Clearly, Penner wasn't vouching for you for JACK, and likewise for you to Penner. You considered getting STACY'S vote over Penners, and I was like NO WAIT! I positioned that well, got out Jessica, and while it didn't last the rest of the game... I connected myself within two key figures in this game that ended up protecting me and sending me further in this game. I think the way I portrayed myself, my "social strategy" if you will, was also on par and caused me to be the last member from my alliance, my tribe, and ideally this whole FUCKIN game! :D

2. My facebook fan page currently has 183 members. Upon the reveal of my identity, how much effort will you put in to be the 184th member?

I'm not even going to lie, I hate facebook updates, so so long as I turn off updates for that group, I'm down.

Relate to MY life? fuck I gotta listen to all of these now haha. GImme a sec while I answer the others and Imma come back to this one?

Hey CiCi.

I think a big problem for people is the fact that I was "inactive" at the start of the merge. Despite it being partly strategic and partly real-life circumstances, I think definitely overshot the mark on that one to the point people thought I wasn't trying at all. I could tell people were *really* mad at times, including production, which is when I realised that what was supposed to be "under the radar" was coming across like "not bothered at all" which really wasn't the case. I actually sent Jeff an apology message afterwards just to show that I'm definitely grateful for all the work the production team puts in.

Also, I'm really not sure if I did any decent jury management. I voted out *all* of my allies and didn't give them a proper heads-up that they were leaving, mostly out of fear of idols. I put in a good effort of acting like I wasn't sure what was going on and hoping someone would tell me last minute who to vote for - but that wasn't remotely the case at all. I know if it happened to me, I would be pissed.

Heya cici! My faults are fairly out there. This whole merge, I was trying to lower my threat level becaus I had that underdog arc. If I'm an underdog, AND making moves, well then I'm a threat of all threats. So, in my ambition to keep down my threat level, I think I've lowered it to the point where people dont respect it and that's my fault. THere's moderation in anything you do, and I think that I could easily lose this game because I tried so hard to not be a threat as well as an underdog. There is a line where people interpret as me as either a playful dummy or a drooling, unstrategic idiot and I think for some people, I crossed the line. No one to blame for myself on that one, since it's all based on how I present myself. You vote for who you feel deserves it, right? Well, I think it's easy to see me as someone who doesn't deserve it, and that's 100% my

I didn't give myself enough wiggle room. I try to be the idiot, and then when I do more idiotic things like... asking Jessica for confirmation on voting her, and preposting my final tribal council answer. I just basically can't do that to myself because of the place I put myself.

I also believe I had an issue for not making moves. I merged in a scenario where EVERYONE I was allied with was targetted because of a tribal council where lines were drawn, so I felt that if I tried to make moves, I would either be unsuccessfull, or be targetted for the moves I made, or both. Clearly not everyone has the same mindset, and I am just hoping that people can see my point of view, but if you dont then I understand... I made the gamble there, and I lost it. Again, no one's fault but my own.

If I was to lose because I was either perceived as an idiot, or a goat, then I would understand and be sad about it. I just hope I can convince everyone that it's not entirely the case for me. It's not that defined, or simple.

I used to think I was a Ravenclaw because I'm a total nerd and generally annoying know-it-all (question, why exactly wasn't Hermione a Ravenclaw?). Over time I'm come to accept that I'm definitely Slytherin. I'm not downright evil which is a common misconception anyway - the house just has a bad rep. I'm determined and clever and definitely like to be in control of things in real life. It reflects decently in the game, in that I was fairly clinical in the way that I voted people out who I was close to, just to further my own game.

I feel like someone from Ravenclaw or Gryffindor would be better at challenges and don't get me started on Hufflepuff.
