I know Penner's game like the back of my hand and I hope he does not come in here and talk about stuff he did as if he were the main person involved in those things and thinks no one knows better because we all do. Still, I think he had a very solid and strong game minus one week of it. And that's problematic. He also got so outplayed on Hestur it wasn't even funny and he still does not even know that happened. But even with all that, I adore him and he'll have to really be horrible here at FTC for me to not consider him my first choice as winner.
Stacy, honestly I totally get her game and she should not be disrespected for it. She wanted to be influential but not so influential that she became the target. She needed to be needed and that kept her safe. There was always someone ahead of her to get booted. And that's great game play when only one person can ultimately win. I actually played like that a lot too. Purposely holding back is hard af. Trust me, I purposely held back a ton. It's a big challenge to play a game like that. I think her problem is she did not keep up relationships with everybody as well as she should have and she might have a hard time explaining that that was her strategy. But I hope she can pull it off because I do respect that type of game because I play that type of game. If you ever really sat and talked strategy with her and ran pros and cons, she's quite asute and has a good head on her shoulders. If she brings a great FTC I could and would totally vote for her.
Rocky, No chance I'll vote for him. But I will say this. I think his goof ball demeanor and likeability should not be discounted. It did make people connect to him in some respects. It was not game connection for me and him. But it was the right attitude to keep him safe and I still think with S2.0 being such big targets for having the perception they might be a strong voting block, and him being the last one of that group, says something about him. Maybe it was because he was carried there. Still it is an accomplishment that no one else on S2.0 could achieve and ultimately getting there to the FTC is way more than half the battle.
