Kind of unrelated to the game and more directed at Ponderosa, but how much of an influence do the preceding jury members have on the ones that come in after? In other words, how much does Stephannie affect future jurors?
She's being totally over the top against Jessica because Jessica... relies on challenges to win? Disregarding the fact that Jessica excels in the social game (well, did until pre-merge then she kind of wasn't as good, still much better than Steph's).
I made a comment in hosts chat saying that I personally don't find it all that impressive if someone has to win out in order to win the game, particularly in early rounds of the merge, which is pretty much what Stephannie is referring to and yet I couldn't disagree with Stephannie more.
It's one thing if Steph was like "I hate Jess and everyone else should too because she was rude to me and against me in the game" like some previous idiots in Stranded history, but she's so bitter against Jess that I'm afraid it'll poison the jury which I guess is her right as a juror but it's kind of lousy to watch happen, and her reasoning is "lol she had to rely on challenges to get there". Jess has been killing it putting herself in the proper position to make it another week, whether it's by winning a challenge or by weaseling herself into the correct alliance. She hasn't been winning all of them. She probably didn't even need to win the ones she won so she's not really relying on them like Steph thinks and Steph is being so self-righteous about it. I hope Steph calls Jess a stain on Survivor/Stranded history so we can all laugh at her for how over-the-top and unwarranted her bitterness toward Jess is.
