Episode 01

Hey, I'm John Cochran, WINNER of Stranded in the Marquesas (All Stars).

Welcome to Stranded in the Faroe Islands!

You'll be seeing a lot of me here, as well as our 10 other co-hosts as we pick your brain to see what's really going on in your head throughout the game. Feel free to ask any of us questions in here if you need to, we've all been through it before and are more than willing to help.

Each round, we'll start by asking some introductory questions, and I just want to ask that you answer in complete statements. We will be actively blogging on each episode, and it's easier to do so if we have real quotes and complete thoughts as opposed to simple yes or no answers. We hope you keep up with your confessionals daily during the week as a way to vent and discuss the events of that day. The more you update your confessional, the better idea we have of whats going on in your head, and also the more fan favorite points you'll earn yourself come the end of the season . You don't have to only update when you are prompted to, whenever you have an idea shoot it at us because we want to know everything.

At the moment it is hard to tell how well I will do seeing as only half of my tribe has even gotten here yet.I've been talking with Cecilia the most so far with a few words with Candice here and there.

I definitely want to align with Cecilia because she's already told me a little bit about herself so hopefully this means she's willing to be open. How much of what she's told me about herself is true? I have no idea. We'll see.

I feel that Flicka is actually a good rep for me because I do feel that we have quite a few similarities. We're both just kind of crazy people who just wanna have fun. But I will definitely be willing to do things that Flicka never would be able or willing to do. Such as turn on people when I need to and not be afraid to hurt people's feelings if need be.

The public immunity idol was a surprise but what was even more surprising was that it was taken almost immediately by Yau Man. I really didn't think anyone would take it this soon. I didn't consider for even one second taking that idol. Now everyone knows Yau Man has it and that's not going to be good for him with his tribe. I mean, I'm glad someone from the other tribe took it and not mine. Hopefully it will be his downfall. Oh man, he is so screwed already. Ha ha! Thankfully this isn't something my tribe is going to have to worry about (at least not for now).

I just have to say that I want this hidden immunity idol so damn badly. I have tried (no exaggeration) hundreds of different possibilities for the password for the idol. I don't know if someone already has it and that means I cannot get it even if I get the password correctly. It apparently has something to do with the Faroe Islands and I have tried SO MANY different towns and island names as the password and so far nothing. Historical Faroese figures, names, places, animals, EVERYTHING and still NOTHING! No spaces and no caps, but does that means that two words can be the password or is it just one word?! BLOODY BLAST! THIS IS UP MY ASS! Do letters of the Faroese alphabet count?! I HAVE NO IDEA! I'm going crazy! I had no idea the idol would be this hard to get.

Just had to get that out of my system before I give up for the night to go to bed.

The idol password will only contain characters from the English alphabet.

It's been a slow day today with hardly any posts or PMs. I hope that everyone else just wasn't on a lot because it would suck if they were and just not talking to me. Ozzy and JP are still the only two I have not talked at all yet so in the event of our tribe losing the first immunity challenge, Ozzy and JP are two people I'm gonna consider voting for. Also Rebecca because she was the last one to show up.

I think I've gotten in pretty well with Cecilia, Penner and Stephannie, so I'm gonna try to work with them. at the moment.

I'm still going crazy trying to get this hidden immunity idol. I hope someone doesn't already have it because that would suck major ballsack. Since it's still quiet, I'm gonna keep trying, though.

What have you been trying? What's your approach?

I've been trying anything and everything that has to do with the Faroe Islands that I could find. Still nothing but I don't know if that means someone has already found it. I'm going insane!!! At least I've learned a lot about the Faroe Islands. Very cool place indeed!

So we just lost the immunity challenge and I am in part to blame because I didn't pull through with the puzzle. In addition to that, I did not win the individual immunity challenge. I cannot describe very well through text how fucking pissed off I am right now. I'm so GODDAMN enraged at the moment because Jeff tells us that there's a winner to the individual immunity challenge before I even know that we started. I still cannot find where those fucking questions are.

I thought this was my chance to make sure I'm not the first one voted out of the game and that chance is just fucking gone. This doesn't mean I will be the first one gone, but I cannot explain how pissed off it gets me when I don't understand something that everyone else does. Everyone else was apparently playing in that challenge but I had no idea we even started. FUCK!FUCK!FUCK!

I really didn't think that one simple loss would get me so goddamn pissed off. [LOUD ANGRY GROAN] This is bullshit, man. I am livid right now. I really hope I don't end up saying something to the rest of my tribe that'll fuck me over.

So you think that because you didn't pull through in the challenge that you'll be a prime vote-getter tomorrow night? In that case, are you gonna try to save yourself from possibly being the first boot here?

[Flicka]

Well, this early in the game, everybody is looking for any reason to vote off anybody. When someone does poorly in a challenge that they lost, that's a reason to vote for someone. I have no idea if anyone is considering voting for me, but I have the argument that even though I performed poorly in the immunity challenge, I still showed up. Half of our tribe did not and maybe we would have won had a few more people did.

So we have to vote someone off tomorrow and I refuse to vote for anybody who competed in the immunity challenge, so that leaves Nate, Ozzy, Adam, Rebecca. Even though, she showed up late, Stephannie did show up and Adam gave us a heads up that he wouldn't be able to attend the immunity challenge, so that narrows it down to Nate, Ozzy and Rebecca for me.

They each have their own cons to me. Rebecca was the last one to show up to the game and has hardly posted anything which worries me that she won't be around for most challenges and as a result, may cause us to lose. I still have not spoken to Ozzy at all yet but he's been at least posting a bit, so that worries me. And although Nate was one of the first ones here, I haven't talked to him since the first night.

I've talked to Candice who is probably going to vote for him and I probably will too because I don't want too many people getting votes or it can cause a lot of paranoia. I'm hoping everyone just votes for Nate at the moment. For now, I'm gonna see where Stephannie's and Penner's heads are at.

Well, plans for tonight have changed a little bit. Since Nate has been replaced by someone new, that's less of a reason for us to vote him out. So, it seems that tonight, most of, if not all of us will be voting for Ozzy out. Seriously, I forgot that he was even in this game. If Ozzy doesn't get voted out, I will be really shocked. But I'm 90% sure that's what's happening tonight. There's really no reason to keep him in the game.
