What do you think about Papa Smurf leaving? That was a little bit of a surprise for me. I had tried to talk to Jessica about a backup plan if JP won immunity, but I never got a sure answer, so I thought the plan was to vote for Nate and threw a vote his way. Unfortunately for me, he survived and is on my tribe now, so I've told him straight up what happened in the hopes that he'll forgive me and we can continue working with each other. That's the best thing I could think of doing.
What do you think about Yau Man quitting? Honestly, it means the Public Immunity Idol is out of play, which is great. He seemed like an under-the-radar type of player – not a huge threat, but he does enough to get by, so I'm glad to see him go. I'm glad to see anyone go that isn't me or one of my closest allies.
Swapped tribes, how are you feeling about this group? The group is a mixed bag. I still have CiCi with me which helps. Having Nate could be problematic, because he could either continue working with me or turn on me because he no longer trusts me. Cassandra was from the original Mykines, so she could be an asset to me, but I have to find a way to work with either Candace, Penner or Rebecca. I think it will end up being Candace in the hopes of targetting Rebecca if we go to the Tribal Council. But we'll see.
Steph took immunity, what do you think of her decision? I can't say I blame her. The Prisoner's Dilemma challenge is a risk either way. If no one takes it, you go to tribal anyway and you might get voted out. If you take it, you go to tribal, but at least you're not going home for a week, but no doubt she'll have a target on her back going forward. She just better hope she has some strong allies to keep her safe...
