So congratulations on making the final 13 (lucky or unlucky depending on what you believe)!

Are you prepared for Council tomorrow in the event that you have to go?

Not yet, but I’m getting there. This will be long but let me tell you where my head is at.

First and foremost, I’m NOT for sticking to tribal lines. I made that clear on Hestur and I still adamantly feel that way. I think it is short sighted and tribe lines do not really make the best allies. People you can trust and have proven they have your back (ala Cassandra and Anthony) are way better IMO as allies than someone you were randomly assigned a team with. Call me naïve. Call me stupid. But I don’t think I’m either of those 2 things. I think it is just plain stupid and a bit lazy to fall back on that in regard to shaping your game.

HOWEVER, it’s almost impossible to ignore when 5 out of 7 people on this tribe are from original tribal lines. And CiCi and Nate are all gung-ho original tribal lines. And of course Rebecca easily jumps on that because she has no other option in her mind. She’s a lone wolf, having lost all her NuSvinoy tribemates. I mean where else can she go?

So that’s the set-up. CiCi is preaching tribal lines. Nate, who has no original thought, mirrors every freakin’ word CiCi says. And CiCi settles on a Cassandra vote. Ummm, no thank you. But has she really settled on that? I think yeah. But Penner says no, she has settled on Rebecca.

Let’s look at some of her overplaying mess of logic, shall we? I’ve never seen such an ego. She seriously thinks she is THE SHIT. She seriously thinks she will manipulate every single person and get them to think what she wants them to think. She thinks she can brainwash folks into doing just what she wants. She includes in this elaborate diatribe on how great she is that she can brainwash Jessica and keep her in check when we meet back up with her at the merge. GURL, Jessica was ranked #1 in the game socially. Do you think you are brainwashing her or is she brainwashing you? And why the fuck do we care what Jessica thinks come merge, right? That’s not playing along tribal lines, now is it?

Here are a few snippets for your enjoyment.

I think we seriously need Rebecca just in case so let's brainwash her and take all the information we need from her. Oh and be nice with her. lol

I doubt JP or Steph will survive this swap. We still have some kind of free agents in Cass, Stacy and Jessica! But I think we're way safer with one less original Mykines, you know? Jessica told me Liliana and Cass were close and controlled their whole tribe the first few days. And as you confirm to me now, I really suspected it wasn't a duo, but a trio that included Jess controlling everything.

And in case Cassandra decides to go with them, they got Rocky and maybe Anthony? That's five. And Flicka... she could easily go with Liliana and Rocky now. That's six. And do you think Stacy will feel comfortable with us? She's definetely going with them if she had to choose.

She even "understood" them when she was ranked 9th. She'll follow them. So that is my concern, a very obvious one since JP and Steph are technically goners now. Tribe lines may have been blurred but that's what are the odds? Maybe it's not about tribal lines, just previous interactions, you and I are reuniting and it's way easier talking again! That could happen with Cass and Liliana and Jessica at the merge, easily, maybe not right away, but at some point. They could control everything.

CiCi talking about threats and how she could have taken out Jessica but didn't because Jessica had won her over. But still thinks Cass is the biggest problem on this tribe. And throw the challenge to save Steph? Seriously, we have not talked to Steph is DAYS, how do you know she needs saving?

Jess is a huge threat socially. But she's also very naive. I had a huge chance of voting her out and I may regret it or not, but we became close. See? She won me over. She's a threat but we will find a way to kick her out or use her naiveness before that.

What do we do now? We try to win next challenge so we can all reach the merge or we throw the challenge, save Steph (who's a lock, and per Rebecca Flicka is too) and vote the person who will most likely gonna flip? We could actually do some crazy things out there in the merge... bringing Liliana and Jess with us, and actually changing their vote so they basically throw it and boom! Just prepare your lying game. That merge is gonna be chaos.

Penner and Cassandra are threats. Steph's a threat. You and me are threats. Damn most people are especially if they can outlast us. But in my eyes Cass is one that could kick us all out or help us out. She does not care about tribal lines, and we don't know if that's good or not. That is it. It's the uncertainty that should worry us. We're playing russian roulette.

Why the fuck do we care if Jessica and Lilliana feel comfortable with us if it is tribal lines?

I think my other idea could be... being gutsy as hell, getting rid of Rebecca so Jessica and Liliana feel comfortable with us. I don't see them being abrasive, we have the social game to brainwash them. We make them throw their vote and then vote one of them out. That's a gutsy as hell plan but yeah, Jeff didn't cast us for us not to be freaking ballsy and nuts.

Again, why do I care about Jessica? And why do you think the most popular girl in the game is most loyal to you? Trust me, Jessica is most loyal to JESSICA. And why if Stacy wants to target me and Penner do YOU want to keep her around. Seriously, fuck that.

Who are we targeting? If we vote Stacy out we won't have a chance at bringing Jessica to our side but at the same time I think Stacy could've gotten the necklace last round. I think I could make her feel safe though because she wants it to be the old Mykines plus Rebecca against Hestur. I'll tell her Rebecca is a lock so she doesn't play the necklace but I do definitely feel Stacy and Jess and I could do something out there, you know. If we have to vote Rebecca out, we still have a chance and a huge game to play.

Jess is easy if you know how to treat her. Besides, we would have Steph and Flicka could be a wildcard.

As you can see, I’m irritated with CiCi. Did you notice how Stacy cannot be touched? Stacy. Who voted along tribal lines. Who voted JP. Who voted Nate. But Cassandra is OK to boot. Cassandra who voted with the people CiCi said she wants to work with. I have pointed this out repeatedly. It falls on deaf ears. Did you also notice that CiCi said Stacy wants to target Hestur which essentially means me and Penner and yet CiCi is OK with keeping her in the game? Will I did? I noticed in a big way. And I’m not interested in this CiCi fiefdom. In fact, I’m totally turned off by it.

Are you considering the merge as the numbers are dwindling?

Yes I am definitely considering it. That’s my short term goal at this point, making it to the merge. I’ve found this game pretty intense and, like I said in one of my earlier confessionals, I’m having to play a lot more than I typically do. There is no cake-walking through this, not with such small tribes and such cross-over dynamics.

Penner said earlier he is having a hard time mapping out a way to the end. I’m not “there” yet. I’m not focused on the end. I’m more fluid than that. I assess each round at this stage in the game and not until a few rounds from now will I truly work more toward end-game plans. So for now, totally focused on merge.

Do you believe that other players consider you a threat? Are you targeting the "threats" in the game or still focused on challenge performance?

I give no fucks on challenge performance, at all. I’d much rather create a strong alliance where I have numbers and if this tribe goes to TC, it goes to TC and I’m safe. Do people consider me a threat? I really do not know. I think I might be underestimated actually which I’m hoping is really good for me. Also at this point, I’m not actively targeting threats and not sure that will ever be a big motivation of mine with the exception of Jessica. The only other people I consider threats at this point are Cass and Penner and I like them, need them and enjoy playing with them.

If threats are being targeted, do you believe that you are on that list of targets?

So I love the pseudo badassery of my confessional when I'm irritated with someone. But hate the guilt when that same someone says today I was sort of talking out of my head and my plans were too risky and I actually see the reasons behind a Stacy boot.

Tell me what your plans on on teh impending merger?

Is it horrible to admit I don't have a fixed plan. It includes Cass and Penner. It very likely can include Rebecca. I hope Anthony is still there and it can include him.

Other than that I can go with the flow whoever here and there. Cass will want to include LIlliana. Me and Penner will want to include Steph. If some strong mix of those people could get together I'd be thrilled. But that does not have to be solidified for me right at the merge. It just has to be solidified by me when numbers really start to matter.

And at that time I need to be that person everybody considers a vote they need. That is my ultimate goal. Not be the target because I am needed by many to achieve a goal. And once I feel comfortable in that role, I'll manipulate where I feel it is necessary. I'm not tooting my own horn. I'm sure I am getting out played by people in this game. And I totally consider Cass my equal. But I turned that Hestur tribe around for me and I was sitting pretty. I seriously should have been voted out. I think I have turned this tribe around to where I am sitting pretty. I can do it once merge hits (if I also get a little bit of luck along the way, gotta have some luck, too).

I think I am at my best when I have to really think things through and work for a solution. So thats why I'm OK at keeping it sort of fluid. If I'm always on my toes it will hopefully offset any sort of complacency which I think is one of those things that typically does players in.
